Belnoni Ulte was an Ibhaan'I shaman that lived on the planet of Socorro in the Soco-Jarel spaceport within the city of Vakeyya. A man in his late forties, Belnoni wore humble, custom-made brown robes, and sandals while keeping a shaven head except for a long braid on the top right side which he kept hanging over his shoulder. He sported a dark tan due as a result of the intense Socorran sun. On Socorro, he was highly respected as the highest ranking Brownen, or holy man, among the natives as well as the pirates and smugglers who called Socorro home.
